Scope of Work

Concept & Design

The project commenced with the development of a comprehensive master landscape design plan, establishing the overall vision, spatial organization, and aesthetic direction. This included the detailed design of a feature signage wall, a custom metal garden gazebo, and curved gazebo seating. Material selection was carefully curated and presented through mood boards to ensure a cohesive design language aligned with the project’s concept.

Hardscape Works

Existing pavers were fully removed to accommodate the new design layout. The hardscape scope included the procurement and installation of terrazzo tiles covering approximately 45 sqm, executed with precise alignment and finishing. Necessary infrastructure modifications were carried out, including cutting for two manholes and one drain.

Custom curved gazebo seating was constructed and finished with a marble top, combining durability with a refined appearance. The project also involved the fabrication, painting, procurement, and installation of a metal garden gazebo, a metal frame integrated into the signage wall, and a metal partition at the parking area, all executed to match the approved design specifications.

Supervision & Delivery

The project was delivered under full coordination with suppliers and specialized sub-contractors. Our scope included material procurement, continuous site supervision, and quality control to ensure timely completion and adherence to design intent and construction standards.
